Servers’ access to physical resources are managed by their relative priority with the Manage Distributed Resource Scheduler. And by over-committing CPU and RAM customers can specify each server’s relative priority, ensuring that high-priority applications always have the resources they need.
CPU, Ram, storage, and bandwidth can be purchased and then shared among numerous virtual dedicated servers with the ability to buy more resources as applications require them. And clients may use their own licensing, or purchase most Microsoft licensing on a subscription basis.
